1. Grupo Azor Ambiental has designed a privacy policy and established the means and procedures needed for its implementation.

 

As specified in Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LO 15/1999, dated December 13), personal data is "any information pertaining to identified or identifiable natural persons".

 

The only personal data accessed by Grupo Azor Ambiental will be that voluntarily provided by the user. Thus, it is important for users to know that when signing in and registering for some products and services online, they will be requested to provide personal data. If the user fails to provide the personal information explicitly required, access services and contents will be denied. Voluntary data are collected by Grupo Azor Ambiental with the objective indicated in the Data Protection clause which can be seen further on in this document. The private policies of the different companies comprising Grupo Azor Ambiental are included in the disclaimers of their specific websites.

 

In accordance with current regulations, Grupo Azor Ambiental has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to maintain the level of security required to deal with personal data. Furthermore it has the precise mechanisms at its disposal to avoid, as far as possible, unauthorized access, data extraction and illicit modifications and loss of data.

 

However, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties and your personal data may be known by third parties.

 

For the aforementioned reasons, the utmost diligence and use of all the security tools available to you is recommended in this area, and Grupo Azor Ambiental accepts no liability for the theft, unauthorized changes or loss of data.

 

The law recognizes the user’s rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, where applicable, with respect to his/her personal data, being able to exercise such rights in writing to the address stated in the Data Protection Clause included below. Likewise, he/she may revoke at any time the authorization granted for the use or assignment of his/her data, notwithstanding Grupo Azor Ambiental’s right to cancel the reservation, since such data are essential for its correct execution. You can also modify the data provided to Grupo Azor Ambiental online by following the instructions included in the websites used to provide the information.

 

2. Data Protection Clause.

 

A.- 1. If the User is an individual, he/she is informed that his/her personal data, to which Azor Ambiental, S.A. has access as a result of queries, transactions, operations, agreement applications, signing-up of products and services taking place via any channel, or as a result of the computerized processing of data already registered, are included in the respective file with Azor Ambiental, S.A. The user hereby authorizes the latter to process the data needed to be used in connection with the implementation of the agreed operation or service, which will be compulsory.

 

A.- 2. The user expressly authorizes Azor Ambiental, S.A. to use his/her data in the offer and signing-up of products and services, as well as the in implementation of commercial action, either of a general nature or adapted to his/her personal characteristics. Such commercial actions may be implemented by e-mail or other equivalent means of electronic communication. 

 

A.- 3. The user authorizes the notification or assignment of the aforementioned data to companies belonging to Azor Ambiental, S.A. for the same purpose as stated in the preceding paragraphs, therefore extending to such companies the express authorization for the use of e-mail or its equivalent.  The interested parties are also advised that such data are assigned henceforth to the companies whose name, activity and address are indicated below.  In the case of the subsequent assignment of data to other Companies belonging to the Group, the parties agree that Azor Ambiental, S.A. will notify such assignments to the interested party in the manner normally used to inform them of the products they have signed up with the Company. 

 

A.- 4. The User is advised of his/her right of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation with respect to his/her personal data under the terms established by law, being able to exercise such right by means of a written notification, together with a copy of his/her Identity Document, addressed to the Servicio de Atención al Cliente (Customer Service), Azor Ambiental S.A, Apto. de Correos 73, 30100 - Espinardo (Murcia). The file will be the responsibility of Azor Ambiental, S.A., domiciled in Crta. De Madrid, Km. 387 P.I. La polvorista, Cabezo Cortado 30500 Molina de Segura (Murcia).

 

B.-   In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data, included below is a list of the Grupo Azor Ambiental companies to which personal data may be assigned.
